Partner Terms
The KLEIO partner programme is operated by KLEIO Paris via the GoAffPro platform. By applying, you accept these terms. Last updated: 1 September 2026.
1. The offer
- Founding Partners: 20% commission on every attributed order for your first 90 days.
- Standard tiers thereafter: Cercle 15% → Cercle Privé 17% (5 attributed sales or AED 2,000 attributed revenue in a rolling quarter) → Maison 20% (15 sales or AED 6,000 per quarter — the founding rate made permanent, plus first access to launches).
- A one-time AED 100 bonus lands with your third attributed sale.
- Launch boosts: elevated rates around new releases, announced in the partner dashboard.
- Coupon, deal and cashback sites: by written pre-approval only, at 5–8%, on code-attributed orders only, excluded from founding and launch boosts.
2. Eligibility
- You operate a real website, blog, publication or audience with original content. Applications are reviewed manually and may be declined without a stated reason.
- UAE-based partners confirm they hold a valid UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit and will keep it current; we record the permit number at signup. Equivalent rules elsewhere — including Saudi Arabia's Mawthooq licence for Saudi-targeted social promotion — are your responsibility.
- Applying as a content site while operating as a coupon aggregator is grounds for removal and forfeiture.
3. Tracking and attribution
- Referral links: last-click attribution with a 30-day cookie. Deep links to any product page are supported and encouraged.
- Your personal code attributes the sale to you whenever it is used at checkout, with or without a click.
- Commission accrues on orders delivered to our listed markets (currently the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait; further GCC markets as announced on the Partners page).
- We may correct attribution in documented cases of technical error or abuse.
4. Commission mechanics
- Commission applies to every attributed order — first-time and repeat customers alike — calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before VAT and shipping.
- Commission is void where an order is refunded, returned, cancelled, charged back, fails cash-on-delivery, or is judged fraudulent.
- Your own purchases through your own link or code earn no commission.
5. Payment
- Commissions validate 30 days after the order, then become payable.
- Payouts run monthly for validated balances of AED 200 or more; smaller balances roll forward, and any validated balance is paid if you exit the programme.
- Methods: bank transfer (UAE and GCC) or Wise — or, optionally, store credit at 125% of value.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income; VAT-registered partners should invoice with VAT stated.
6. Promotion rules
Encouraged: reviews, listicles, gift guides and comparison content; deep links straight to the products you cover; banners from the creative kit; your code shared with your own audience; honest opinions — including critical ones.
The following forfeit commission and may end the partnership: paid-search advertising on "KLEIO", "kleioparis" or misspellings; posting codes to coupon or deal aggregator sites (content partners); self-purchases, cookie stuffing, forced or incentivised clicks, fake traffic, spam; undisclosed promotion.
Disclosure: disclose the relationship wherever you promote — "affiliate link — I earn a commission" (or equivalent) on websites; #ad / #إعلان at the start of captions and within the first seconds of video; platform paid-partnership labels where offered. This is a contractual obligation; commission may be withheld for undisclosed promotion.
Brand use: use the supplied creatives and imagery as provided. Do not edit product images, invent claims, present yourself as KLEIO, or use names, domains or handles that impersonate the House.
7. Codes and leak protection
- Your code is personal and non-stackable with other discounts.
- If a code leaks to aggregator sites we may rotate or retire it (you receive a replacement), and commissions on demonstrably organic traffic captured by the leak may be reversed.
8. Term and termination
- Either side may end the partnership at any time; validated commissions earned before exit are paid on the next cycle.
- Fraud, brand bidding, aggregator abuse or disclosure failures end the partnership immediately, with forfeiture of unvalidated commissions. Minor breaches receive written notice and 10 business days to cure.
- Accounts with no traffic for 12 months may be archived; rejoining is easy.
9. Changes
We may amend rates and terms with 30 days' notice via the partner dashboard and email. Changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned. Time-limited boosts (founding window, launch windows) end as scheduled without separate notice.
10. Legal
- Partners are independent; nothing in the programme creates employment, agency or the authority to commit the House.
- Both sides limit liability to commissions payable under this programme; neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to the courts of Dubai. If any clause is held invalid, the rest stand.
